turbo help plz
i own a 06 f-350 PSD and ive been having problem with boost when i step on the gas it will start to accell then about 20 sec the boost kicks in,also when i let off the turbo it makes a horrible sound and the gauge flutters down to zero when i let off,i was just w2ondering if it is my turbo vains sticking or it has to do with this cold weather here it was -35C when the problems started to happen

So you are seeing no boost for 20+ seconds after stomping on the accelerator?
If so the vanes in you turbo are sticking; and yes the cold weather will not help this condition.
Is the exhaust a smoky mess during the acceleration?
It is possible that you've got some EGR issues as well.
The nasty noise you're hearing is a turbo fart and not uncommon in these trucks, but definitely intensified with stuck vanes.
