no boost

My boost level is between 8-11. What do you think are some problems that would cause this low boost level? I have the Compreser wheel, banks bighead, transcom, Six gun, and Ottomind (stinger+). The truck runs fine, with a slight hesistation when accelerating off the line. I have already change the fuel filter and that did help a little with the hesitation problem. Some help would be greatly appreciated.

tighten up your intercooler boot clamps, but do not overtorque possible up pipe leak others will chime in

If you do the pressure check of the whole intake make sure you spray soapy water all around the charge air cooler.You will be looking for bubbles
