power up switches

does anyone know how to activate the power ups in the 05 f350

Forgive my ignorance, but do you mean upfitter switches?

If you do mean the upfitter toggle switch's the wires are left on top of the fuse box on the drivers side. You will need to lower the fuse box down and they are tied off with the harness. Just tie into them and you are good to go!

They are four switches located just to the right of the steering wheel. I use three for lights and one for my air horn.

Upfitter switches are optional on the trucks. Ford will install 4 switches for use with accessories like aux lights, snow plows or air horns, if you check that option on the order form

The wiring is all there to do it yourself. You see Upfitter switch kits on ebay.

thanks i thought the wires were next to the brake booster

The wires next to the brake booster are "pass through" wires that you can use so you don't have to run your own wires through the firewall. the other ends of the pass through wires are also just behind your fusebox.
