I knew you'd have an explanation.

I have done some pretty stupid stuff when I was a kid, and to be honest, I have not quite grown up yet (kind of holding on) and still pull of some pretty idiotic things here and there. You know, those "what was I thinking" types of things, but never, and I mean never would jumping into a sign from a moving vehicle sound like a good idea.
He did hot that thog a ton though, and I am pretty suprised the sign(s) hung in there. Thought an impact like that would have pulled it out of the ground. Perhaps we can find that kid and convince him that his next attempt should be with a small tree. Yeah, we might be doing everyone a favor here. We might not want this kid to reproduce. Gotta stop this sooner than later.
Better yet, we can convince him that he should stand on the sign and jump into the truck as it passes by. Yeah, that should fix everything.

Stupid a stunt as that was, it showed a remarkable knack for timing, as I'm sure he didn't practice. (At least I wouldn't think he did - could be wrong).

Hope he doesn't take off early on that trick.

i also have done some dumb stuff...one time i took a radio flyer wagon, you know a classic little red wagon, down a hill with about a 13% grade, my brother followed our van at the time (an aerostar) and i got up to 25 mphs, it was kinda crazy and since i wore no protective gear, cept for a helmet, there was a lot of potential for great injury. Luckily i didnt crash or anything. my friend however, as he was taking his turn, a dog got out of its yard and started chasing him, he freaked out cuz he doesnt like dogs and he just went full on down the hill (this is a paved residential street) and in an attempt to allude the dog he ran into the curb and sent himself flying after chasing the dog away from him he was alright, but i prolly laughed harder right then then i have ever laughed before, it was amazing.
