Since I haven't posted a thread in this forum in awhile, I figure I might as well do so now.
Ok, so what is everyone doing for Christmas this year? I will most likely just go to our local Hometown Buffet for Christmas lunch as my relatives all live out of town. One in Oregon, and the other down south in Long Beach.
Just won a Ford Ranger service manual on ebay, and even though it will not arrive before Christmas, maybe now I will be able to get that carport queen fixed.
Hanging out here at home with the family. It'll be lowkey around here as usual, we'll let the kids open up all the clothes on Xmas Eve, then let'em open what Santa brings in the morning. We don't do a "Xmas dinner" thing, only Holiday we plan on a big meal/get together with family or friends is for ThanksGiving.
The Ranger will not stay running. When cold it will run for about a minute or two, then dies. If I try again to start it, it will run only for a few seconds before stalling. Even if I pump the gas vigorously to keep it running, I can't move the truck because as soon as a load is put on the engine it dies.
My wife and I are going to drive to Montana to see her brother in West Yellowstone and my brother his family and my parents in Billings after that. I am planning on having a white Christmas. This past weekend Billings had highs of 0 degrees and lows of -10 or so. Brrrrr. Weather that cold reminds you that men have nipples too.
Working on Christmas Eve, and might have to work overtime on Christmas. If not working on Christmas I'll be joining the wife at her folks house for dinner.
