no start

i am in iraq and we got a 2005 ford f350 powers stroke 6.9 liter that wont start we have changed the glowplugs, the fuel pump works but it only gose as far as the filter cant find the problem need info

Are you saying that the fuel stops at the fuel filter and isn't getting to the injectors?

from wht i can tell yes we have disconected the lines running frome the filter to the injectors and it flows out just fine, but it dosnot go through the line after the filter, the filter is not cloged but i aint had much experance wit newer model truck so i dont want to go tearen in to it and messen somthin up on it
