technical shifter piece???? help please
i have a t19 trans and i removed the shifter to put in some fluid and noticed there is a pin or something missing and my shifter spins now doesnt come out u can just spin it in circles no diagrams are givin me a name can this jus be somethin simple i could rig myself w a roll pin or something if anyone knows wut i tlkn bout please chime in

thanks is there a name for this piece ? because i goin to napa tomorrow and there is no piece on the ground or in my trans

parts like that dont usually have names... other than a description. And good luck on finding one at a napa... sounds like a dealer item to me. If you do go to the dealer for it they'll have a picture of the shifter assay and you can just point it out to them... good luck and heed joe f350' advice...

Could be laying on top of the tranny or under the floor mat.
If it did go in the tranny, that is going to make a very loud bang when it gets between two gears.
I am going to guess something like shifter alignment pin.
