Never seen one, not to say they don't exist though. Might have to do this one on your own-they do make floating leaf spring mounts, don't know if 3" wide type. IF they make 3" floaters, all you would really need is any good adjustable 4-link kit with bars, mounts, ect. (no need for coilovers or mounting for these), no need for a panhard or trac-bar either if going this way. Depending on what you want it for, you may be able to use a "Y" locator that goes from the diff to both sides of the frame for traction control with no loss of articulation if that's what your lookin' for.
