You can get a 109 relay from Napa, or you can upgrade to a big relay if you are looking for something more robust.

Welcome to guzzle's Stancor GPR replacement Mod Web Page

I recently replaced mine with a GPR-109 from Napa. The mounts are shifted 90-degrees, but the wires are long enough to reach.

is the gpr109 a direct replacement? no need to do anything besides put it in?

GPR109 from Napa is a sorta direct replacement. Like Eric says, it's the same relay but the terminals are 90 degrees off. I think the GPR110 is the direct replacement but it is way more expensive so most folks use the GPR109. I was able to find a motorcraft replacment on ebay but I bet they are hard to find at this time of the year - being cold out.

It's direct besides being rotated 90-degrees, and is cheaper than the model they will try to sell you for our trucks.

I just put my stancor unit in last week and I love how it looks and works. It was worth it for me to know it will work.

The Stancor relay swap is on my radar after the holidays.

IT is tight and gets a little interesting putting the wires back on it but they work.

Thanks, good to know. I assume you mounted it the same way as Guzzle, correct?

Just be careful when you put it on. Open ended wrench only, no sockets.

They are a bit delicate, they are just made out of plastic. Especially with the 109, the unit is rotated 90 degrees like the guys said. Everything will reach to the posts but it puts extra pressure on the relay itself.

Correct Chris, follow his instructions because it is very tight.
