Please Help Im going nuts.
99 f350. 68k miles. 4x4.
At 83 mph I get a rumbling/ slight vib/ humming In the pass front. Im thinking its the hub. Also after a good 50mile trip when I turn sharply either left or right I get this woooom wooom kinding grindy sound.. Only turning sharply like into a parking space. This turning sound comes from the front tires also but It only happens afterI drive a decent distance at speed of 50mph or more.. The 83mph hum/vib does it whenever i hit 83 or higher. If its the hub I seen them go for up to $500 anyone know how to check the hub or if it can be something else. I do need rotors and they pulse bad when stopping.. Thanks I apperciate it..

u sure its not just a tire balancing problem ???
if it occurs at a specific speed i'd have ur tires rotated frt to rear and see what happens..
are ur hubs locked ??? u might just have worn front Ujoints.. but a inspection of the bearings wouldnt hurt either...
have em done when u have the brakes n rotors done.

And my hubs werent locked..
Ok today I put truck in 4x4 i get a hum at slow speeds and I had 2 inches of snow and when i turned the truck seemed to have binding and wheel hop. It wasnt the normal feeling you get on dry ground with 4x4 it acutally binded up on turns. and wheel was getting thrown back and truck was shaking vibration so bad you teeth would rattle. this humming is annoying. What can it be??
