Gear drive transfer case?

There are a couple of different aftermarket gear drive t-cases. Two popular brands are the Atlas and the Stak box. They are pretty spendy and are aimed more towards low speed off road use with deep reduction low range ratios.
For a low cost alternative, look for a Ford application NP205 from 77-79. They used the same output shaft size dimensions up to 97. In most cases, the 205 will bolt up in place of your existing transfer case. The downfall is that you will lose a bit of low range gearing.
