well after changing shocks (bilsteins), putting in a pro comp steering stabilizer, i was out of ideas and took the truck to the dealer. come to find out i needed both driver side balljoints, and they put in a new bracket that relocates the stabilizer. well now the truck feels SUPER tight and drives great. finally happy with the truck. so for you that still have this problem look into this
cost was free, covered under warranty. i dont have a part number but it is a ford part. the guys at wayside ford in Marlborough mass have the best service dept in my area imho. could try calling there or try a local dealer. but the part is out there
I was still under warranty on my 05 250, had exhaust pipe replaced for rattling and ask about front end shake. They replaced the stabilizer with factory replacement and I saw where it was redesigned one.
If your truck is still under warrenty, complain on front end shake an all new kits should be the redesigned one
Went an got my repair order, replacement on steering dampner an bracket is under tech #

I had some tire wobble and as after thought before I went aftermarket I would see if Ford would replace under warranty an see if this fixed the wobble. It did take care of it!
I put on a rancho steering stabilizer about a year ago, but recently it doesn't seem like it does too much anymore. Interested in learning about relocating it and or making my truck not get thrown around by every rut, divet, or pothole in the road!

The 05-up coil-spring suspension has the stabilizer near the steering box somewhere.
