motor swop

new here I have a wrecked 2000 excursion 4x4 with the 7.3 in it I would like to know what it would take to put the 7.3 in a 99 f-250 4x4 that has a 5.4 gasser in it thanks for the replys.

you would have to put your tranny from the x in the 99 also

YOUD have to change every thing fule tank control mod, wow lots of stuff go down to the 7,3 fourm those folks can help ya

Yeah, big project. But most should be bolt in if you have the patience. The list of what wouldn't need to be swapped would be shorter....
