Lift?
I can not find anything over a 4 inch lift anywhere and the four inch they have for highboys sounds like a replacement for what is already equiped with the high boys. So my question is where do i find somewhere that offers more than a 4 inch lift

What are you trying to accomplish? The reason you are not going to find anything out of the box greater than 4" is nobody sells it. You can easily squeeze 36-38" tires into a truck with a 4" lift. Any thing greater in the spring department, you will have an incredibly rough ride. Yes you can have greater lift custom made. Nowadays, a 20" lift is hella gay. Better offroad performance can be achieved with stock suspension, and trimmed fenders, over springs that are shaped like a "V". Try asking this in the offroad forum, and try searching for your answer via search, I am sure you will find your answer there, or at least have a better understanding of you need to do.
