I recently purchased a 2003 f250 with a v10 within the first two weeks the airbag light is on the abs light is on and the check engine. the truck is still running fine and the brakes work but it has the electronic shift on the fly four wheel drive crap and it does not work either. when you turn the switch it dosint do anything it does not engage in low range or high it wont even light up on the dash does anybody have any advice?
What seats do you have in your truck, on the captains chairs i've found that if you hit the piece in between your console and seat that is black and looks like a tube your airbag light will come on.
As for your check engine light, just go to autozone and have them scan it (if you dont have a scanner) and let us know what the code is.
The ESOF could end up being a trip... if the lights aren't coming on I would first question the switch itself. First check the fuses, then the switch. If its neither of them wait for someone to tell you how to diagnose the transfer case solenoid and vacuum modulator for the hubs.

Is the speedo working correctly? If not then it's likely the VSS. 5 minute $20 fix. Otherwise check the codes and post them here. You can get a free scanner loaner form the chain parts places (i.e. Advanced, Auto Zone, etc)
