Will this oil pan work?

I'm swapping a 5.0 HO into my '79 F150 2wd. Will the oil pan in the pics below work with my truck? Note the location of the starter and oil filter to determine which end is front/back.
Does anyone have a good picture (hopefully from the same angle as mine) of the stock oil pan on a 302 2wd truck?

it appears it would work, I think you would have problems if it was a front sump pan from a car(of the same vintage). I used a front sump pan on my 70 2wd w/a 429. it was a real pain to get to the drain plug, so I relocated it... but I think for the most part, truck oil pans are rear sump...so you should be golden...

2wd trucks were front sump up to 79, but the rear and double sump pans will fit ok without hitting tie rods.
