New radiator

Hey all, new to the forum here, wonder if you all could help me out. I have a 71 F250 4x4,it's been down for about 8 years while i've been collecting parts for this build, I have a 428Cj with a ton of goodies. It's out to machine right now and when it comes home it should make a little over 500 horses. I'm stuck on what to do about a radiator. I'm trying to be cheap about it as funds are running pretty low, but I don't want to put this project on hold for long, it's been what seems like forever already. The original is gone, The only thing I have found have been factory replacements(for about $225) these appear to be kind of small, don't know if that could keep temps down or not, then the other ones I have found have been the radiator/fan combo from Flex a lite(58295R), which I am sure would work, but they're really expensive. I need to run an electric fan, which drives up the price a little more on the factory replacement, making the flexalite almost make sense since it's larger, and aluminum. So what are you guys using in this situation and do you have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Brew, These trucks have enough frontal opening that cooling isn't a problem. Just get a standard Modine radiator for a 71 360/390 and you will be good to go. You won't need any special fans either. A FE is a FE 390 or 428.

Get 3 gallons of antifreeze, and 3 gallons grocery store distilled water when you are ready to start it up. Pour one water and antifreeze in straight, and mix antifreeze and water 50/50 with the other two. It should take about 5 gallons to fill a dry engine and rad.
