hubs
can anyone help me with a small prblem? I can not find any manual locking hubs and i dont like the auto ones. I have the 2005 f250 w/6.0 if anyone knows where to get to get any please let me know thanks.

They don't make them. The only Warn hubs that are 35 splined will not work on the Ford D60 knuckles from 05-07. I had a guy from Warn e-mail telling me they'd fit, but after looking at the diagram of the hubs, there's no way they'd bolt up.

Here's what Bronco Graveyard lists for D60 hubs. But they list the Warn 35 spline hubs that don't work, and I don't know enough about the other brands to say that they'll fit in, so I can't vouch for any of them fitting the 35 spline outer shaft in the 05-07.

Nobody makes a replacement hub for the 2005 up Super Duty as far as I know. There doesn't seem to be as much of a market for them as they don't seem to fail nearly as often as the 99-04 hubs did. I would just recommend shifting the truck in and out of 4x4 once a month and don't worry about it.
