it won't start!!!
well, most of the time it won't... I'm very confused, I know it's an electrical problem, but the battery is new, and the starter motor is new. basically I'll turn the key on, and have power to everything and plenty of it, but when I turn to start it up I get nothing, everything stays on but it won't crank. could it be my solenoid?

It's possible. Do your lights fade out when you crank if so could be starter. Also check to see that all your battery cables are tight and not corroded could just be a bad connection on solenoid or starter or battery. Try jumping the solenoid and see if it fires that would tell you the easiest.
