Talking exhaust options

what kind of exhaust should i buy to make my truck sound a lot tougher? it is a 2001 f-250 ps diesel.

NO, just bolt up. No need for a muffler, or cat on these engines. They dont need either one darn bit.

I had mine custom made with pipe an FTE member made me and exits before the rear wheel.

Stacks sound good.

I have a 4" magnaflow and am very happy with it. Sounds good when towing and it doesn't bother me one bit. I drive a lot and carry weight so I kept the muffler on there to be sure it wouldn't be to loud but a lot of these guys jhust run the pipe itself.

Thats good stuff right there, Brent. Ive done that with a wheelchair ramp and my grandparents' old house but never a part of a house!

well i bought a 4 inch off of ebay. it is a diamond eye brand and cost 299.99 free shipping. going to install tomorrow.

Nope they just bolt up. There might be clearence issues with the bolts on the trans crossmember but thats it.

That sounds like a good deal. Is it stainless steel? If you live somewhere where they use a decent amount of salt on the roads you would be better off with stainless.
