Headlights on all the time.

Headlights on all the time.
Not real sure how long my truck has been doing this, but I just noticed it now with the winter warmups.
If the light **** is turned to ANY on position the low beam lamps will be on. If the **** is on park lights the lows will be on, if the **** is on the lows are on, if you turn the high beams on the lows are on (that is kind of sweet, it is like a free Bright Box
)
I did run the jumper wire to stop the fogs from cutting out with the high beams, but YEARS have gone by since performing this mod with out this "problem" occuring.
Any tips are appreciated. I don't really know where to start on this one.
