AIT sensor

I just finished installing a new exhaust system from silverline from the turbo back and my miliage has jumped by almost 3mpg last night I installed the the new air intake In the the middle of the install I broke a wire on the AIT sensor can I drive truck until I fix it (The brake is very close to the sensor might need to replace it. Also where to shop for sensor.

You can drive it, but it will probably throw a code. I think Standard makes a decent IAT sensor and should be available most places. Otherwise I would stick to a motorcraft or delco.
