Underneath drivers side seat on the inside of the framerail looks like a HUGE fuel filter but got wires going to it.

Up in the frame rail just outside the drivers side door. Open the drain on the fuel bowl first and see if any leaks out, you can do that without even removing the cover I hope.

If the batteries are not new ,you may need to check the fuel cut off switch ,,see if it popped ....

Ive put fuel conditioner in it.
So its not gelled.
Wheres the fuel pump switch? On the passengers side kick panel?
On my 95 the fuel pump is in the engine valley?
02 diffrent I take it?

I've not heard of this happening, it does? Are you at the truck yet? Check for fuel in the bowl before you do anything else. You'd think your wife could get out and look helpless enough to at least get free help to the shoulder of the road.

Ive probably owned 100+ Fords in my life so dont worry I was joking/venting.
I have 5 Ford in my yard right now and only 2 of them are broke down , well 3 if you count the 79's broken brakeline..............

Wife got it pulled off the road and a tow truck pulled it to a tire shop I deal at.
Not much I can do tonight its pouring rain and dark now.

I know in my 2000 its in passenger side kick panel like you guessed above. But im not positive on a 2002...would imagine its still in that location!

A dodge is not always the fix! The new CPS have been known to give some troubles maybe a batch of bad fuel?

Then it gets worse............................................. ..
Ice storm knocks out power and its still pouring rain.
We dont get rain in Dec , it supposed to be snow.
Both of my trucks dont run ..........
Got my Honda 3000 hooked to my puter and the wifes got 1 light doing christmas stuff.
