Long Tube Headers
You have 2 good choices from Hedman; Hedman Hedders, Headers - summitracing.com
There less expensive line, the tubes are 18 gauge, flanges 1/4 inch, and they just have regular paint on them to keep them from rusting in the box.
Or I recommend you spend a few extra bucks and get the elite series. The tubes are 14 gauge much thicker to they sound better, last longer and are much stronger. They got 3/8" flages so they warp much less, and come with a cermic coating, this coating will all but make rust imposable, will stand up to the heat, and is a thermal barier holding heat in the header.
Also gaskets are very important don't even bother with regular gaskets or most header gaskets. Check these out from Remflex REMFLEX Exhaust Gaskets: Home Page these are they best header gaskets I have ever seen and all I use, I have never had a set fail, the company is small, friendly and vary helpfull, and everthing is made in the USA.
Header bolts are vary important on a Ford windsor motor, there is alot of good stuff on the market take a look around. I like and use ARP stuff and would use a stud kit for your setup, stainless if ya go with the elites.
