Wierd CEL blinking....

got wierd problem.... When I shift up/down I have CEL blink.... no any problems, but CEL blinks when I shift. Pulled codes... 89 and 98. These codes dont makes CEL on.....

problem solved. TPS bolt was lost. and TPS voltage was intermideatly lower then 0.2 V and when I pressed pedal CEL was off.....
