New Clutch
The old stock clutch is starting to slip after 190K, so I guess its that time. I've seen a few names mentioned around here such as luk and southbend, but I figured I would ask the people I trust. So which one it the best bang for my buck? And what should I be expecting to pay? Thanks in advance.

I paid $600 fer my LUK, it can hold an extra 150hp? its a stage up from stock Make sure u replaced the clutch fork with an upgraded unit from ford...about $35 and someother parts i forget to remember. Someone will chime in on which ones i fergot.

i worked at luk and we could get discounted clutches and a lot of people that got them didn't like them. they said that they shuttered alot. but if you want a cheap kit there you go. but when i do mine i am going to get a south bend. but thats just my two cents.

We put a Southbend in my Son's truck. It was around $1000, but came with everything. He got the upgraded clutch with a feramic face and kevlar pilot bearing. It is a lot softer than stock and will hold over 500hp.
