Lug Pattern??

hey guys quick question! will my stock wheels off my 1999 f-250 fit onto a 1992 E-350, there both 8 lug pattern but I dont know if there the same.

they changed lug pattern in '99

ok so they will not fit, there both 8 lug, do you know the measurements of both?

can't remember measurements but '99 went to metric size

oh ok, well shoot a guy with that year van just bought my rims....he might be mad. I did disclaim that i have no clue if they will fit or not and he agreed. Thank you for your help Rbaker!

The older pattern was 8x6.5" lug-centric, while the new pattern is 8x170mm, hub-centric.

The vans kept the old bolt-pattern even after the pickups went with the newer one. I don't know if the vans have changed over yet.
