I guess i kind of got a late christmas present. Kind of gave it to myself though, went out this A.M. and worked on the truck some more. Finally got the valves adjusted right (I still dunno how i messed up the valve lash on a hydraulic system??) and it smoothed out and idled how shes supposed to, and finally sounsd like a big six, instead of a big turd. Afterwards i changed the plugs...and now my truck is back to normal.
Guess now i get to quit worrying over fuel economy and go back to the amount of smiles i get to the mile!
