Retractable Step Retrofit

Does anyone know if the retractable step(seen below), offered on the 2009 F-150, will fit on 2004-2008 model year trucks? I guess the only way to know for sure is to look at a 2009 application to see how it bolts up and compare to a 2004-2008. I just have not seen many 2009's in my area to check this.

Not sure if it'll retrofit but I believe AMP Research makes that part for Ford. They have applications for the 2004-2008 F150.
