Hi Dave, Shaun and Sean..

Dave I checked out the tranny pan install and it looked good..

Not much of a clearance issue if you ask me..

I tell you those undercarriage pics were good..

It looks mighty clean down there... Not a spec of grease or oil that I could see..

Doing good. Thought the new belt would solve an issue with the charging system but looks like time for another alternator.

Yeah it does. The dealer replaced earlier this year but I think when the old battery started going south for the winter it messed something up in the alternator.

I have to check it Sean. But The lights are flickering bright to dim at night. I can rule out the battery, the belt and all the connections so that leaves the alternator.

Don:

The van is only in the low 20k miles so little seepage to date.

The day before I took the photos it had rained, so I had about 55 miles at 55mph of pressure washing the under carriage.

Could be voltage regulator... Is it seperate on your truck or internal to the alternator?? I am not sure..

The voltage regulator's job is to keep a constant voltage level..
