So which is better the jcw bars or leaf spring helpers the little half leaf spring with a little s-bend in it.

Traction Bars
Depends on your application. The spring bars do not do anything to help with your traction problem (basically worthless) but they don't interfere with suspension movement either. The JCW traction bars are effective at controlling wheel hop but they limit suspension travel for street or off-road use. Use the JCW on drag strips only, they do horrible things to handling characteristics.
