Please Help Asap..

Hi I have a 1999 f350 4x4. When i turn half way and idle or have it at about 1000rpms. I get a weird pulsing feeling like a miss fire. It happens when I turn left or right about half way as im idling around. It happens in fowards and reverse. Can this be power steering pump? I just did tune up. I have a feeling I have a bad coil. Would turning enhance the feeling?? Its drving me nuts. I hope its not a hub bearing. Also any time I hit 83mph I get a werid hum in the front right tire. That maybe a bearing but I dont know what the deal is with the slow speed under 5mph noise when I turn. thanks

well, as you suggest, have you looked at the bearing in the hubs? How many miles on the truck?

does not sound like it would be the bearings. But pull the wheel off or up in the air and turning it by hand while listening could'nt hurt. Might pull the wheel for at least a visual inspection.
