Hey! I just discoverd tyres international is only a couple hours from my house...you know, tyres1.com...neat! anyhow, i'm guessing boggers wear darn fast on the highway-anybody have any experience? this truck would probably only be on the road to/from mud races, but that could be a bit of a drive...should i go with a less aggressive tire, or buy a set of road tires and a set of "track" tires?
Yes Boggers wear fast on the street. My brother has a set of 39.5" boggers on his Jeep and w/ roughly 4-6k mi. on them they are starting to show some wear. I'd say his will be good for 20-25k mi. As far as off road though, those things will rip through anything! They are the queen mother of all hardcore tires If your looking to put them on a mud runner then you wont be disappointed. You might also consider the Ground Hawgs. I've heard that they are a killer mud tire and last practically forever on the street.
i have a 81 f150 with a 4" suspension lift. i currently have 33s because i used to have a 2.5 inch lift. will i be able to fit 35s on my rig for playing in mud? eaven 35 boggers? any help woudl help
there is a 4wheel shop about 30 minutes from my beach house that has made some of the trucks that you see in the Top Truck Challenge, of cours every truck there was on 44 Boggers and i found out that the treads on boggers are cupped.
