No happy medium on timing.

No effective method to read off the dampner. so you belive the distributor is out of phase to the crank! runs fine to about 2500. then......................
Ill talk to my parts guys and see if I can still warenty the distributor. If not Ill try a 180 thermostat. The thing is a 300 3k is redline without a buildup. 2500 is running her hard with a trailer in tow.
stock 300 cam I belive is like 192 avg duration, a 252 cam with a stock intake setup could be the problom. My YFA may not flow enough fuel.....
