I actually found the door code behind the fuse box area (Driver Side) on my brother’s 2000 Ford Expedition EB. There is a big white sticker with 5 numbers starting with number 1####. Hope this helps...

2004 Expedition EB: above and to the left of the passenger side fuse box. White sticker with 5 LARGE numbers. Found this (AFTER shelling out $12.99 on eBay for directions I'm STILL waiting to receive by mail so that I could find it when I picked up my truck I just bought from someone who didn't have the code) in the owner's manual. Who'd a thunk it? Hope this saves someone else a little $.
