1995 F350, can i get this to work, I want to do a 17 or 18 inch rim

No it won't you still have the standard lug pattern which I can't remember right now. Those are for a later F250 with a metric lug pattern

You are correct. The standard lug pattern on our trucks is 8X6.5" and that rim is for the newer 8X170mm bolt pattern.
