WOW is right! He's a braver ( or more stupid perhaps) man than me. Imagine if he didn't make it across, how embarrassing would that be?

I can already see the rust forming on the underside of that truck and trailer.

I'm trying to figure out WHY he was out there. It would be different if high water came up and he was trying to get it to safety...but this didn't look like the case.

BUT, I was impressed!

stupid is right! I think that video was taken at Pismo Beach in Cali...we go up there a couple times a year and I have never seen the river crossing that bad. I was shocked that the trailer didn't start floating and tip over! how would you explain that to your insurance company...lol

Saw that one too!!!

I thought he was gonna get stuck with that trailer behind him, but as soon as he got accross, I said "Damn, thats why they call it a Superduty!"

In the same token, wouldn't do that with my truck, even with it lifted 6 inches.

Well, I wouldn't want to do that in my truck.. but I have to give that guy some points (or maybe just the truck... the truck doesn't have any brains, only the driver).

I could see a Ford truck commercial with something similar as the theme. The old Corvette commercial with the car flying through the air comes to me as being a similar level of "don't try this at home", but hauling a trailer through that much water would probably sell a truck or two
