Hi, I have a 2003 f-150 4.6 2wd crew cab, and i had recently purchased this vehicle about a month ago, and just recently i had noticed that there is a tick coming from the passenger side of the motor, not very educated on these engines, im assuming its a valve tick? just changed the oil with motorcraft 5-20 synthetic, and motorcraft filter, seems to happen every now and then, and goes along with the rpm range, also i had put in a can of seafoam fuel system cleaner with a full tank of fuel if that makes a difference, any help is appreciated. thnkyou
