hard turning
Compared to my old Excursion my new to me 05 F250 is much harder turning corners. The only difference I can see it that my X had a steering stabilizer on it and this one doesn't, would that make the difference?

Yes, it turns easy at stop but when turning a corner like turning onto a street, it's much harder.

That would seem like too much caster. Caster is the axis the wheels turn on, they are off perpendicular to make the wheels self center. Too much caster could keep the wheels straight and increase resistance to change. This is the only thing I can think of that will make it harder to turn only at speed. Unless it's a PSD and the your applying the brakes and it's reducing the power steering system's pressure, or you have some kind of speed sensitive steering system.
