Trouble codes
I have an 02' SD 7.3 and I have the edge revolution programmer. I get a code 471 (exhaust pressure sensor malfunction). When I try to clear the codes that is the only one that wont clear. Would that sensor make my truck lack power? Lately I've noticed that my truck doesnt have the get up and go that it did in the past. I tried pulling a toy hauler and my truck had no ***** at all and actually stalled out on the freeway when it was under load. sensor prob again? Also recently I have noticed that around 40-45mph my truck will sputter, vibrate, etc before it shifts. When I take the overdrive off it doesnt seem to be as bad because it is at higher rpms. What causes that?
