Holley 600CFM Choke Conversion

Is it possible to convert the choke on a Holley 600 CFM (80457-2) from an automatic to a manual choke? If so, how difficult is it?

Yep, You can either get a universal kit with a manual replacment choke cap or find an old 0-1850 or 0-3310 carb and take the choke assembly off of it.
