VERY boring question - centre bore sizes
Are the all the same on the F150's and F100's or did they change according to year, 2wd/4wd? Back looking at dodge wheels which have a centre bore diameter of 56mm. Looking at the spare for my truck the centre bore looks like its considerably more and I've already read that dodge wheels have to be machined to fit - that's not a problem in principle, but how deep into the rear face to you need to machine? Not near my truck or any tools this evening.

Ford offered two different bore sizes in 8 lug (can't remember off hand what the earlier ones are) but IIRC later model are 5".
All FORDS will fit Chevy and Dodge, but some Chevys and Dodges won't fit FORDS.
FORD has the largest bore of all of them.
I'm not sure about the wimpy 5 lug trucks though......
