You would have to go aftermarket, pro- larger rim means more room for the brakes so that you may be able to upgrade and upsize them. 16" rims have been out for awhile now so they have started making all types of tires to fit them, used to be kinda limited. No real cons off the top of my head(sorry my mind is clouded today), it seems to be more of a preference than anything. I know I'll get banned for that comment, its just I can't think straight today sorry.
