I have a low mile 460 from 91 f250, sitting on garage floor. Saw a 92 f150 short bed 2wd w/ dead 302 ,good e40d for very cheap. question is, besides the obvious , bellhousing, exhaust , radiator , motor mounts , etc. what would it take to get it going. Seem like with some patience and mods. it would make a nice "street" machine.

Yes it would be, but you'll need a BB tranny as the autos have integrated bell housings and the existing one would only last minutes behind a 460 anyway, it is an E4OD but it's not built for the TQ a 460 produces. The only other thing not mentioned is heavier front springs to handle the extra weight.
