New Guy, intro and quick question

Hey guys, Chris here, 28 years old, fabricator. I have a 66 F100. I did a search and came up with a few possible answers, but they were all old posts, so I figured I'd bring it up again. I need a frame blueprint for the truck...I don't have an interest in putting a newer frame under it, in fact, I want to build a new frame for it...Custom truck guy...haha I know maybe a body shop can help me, but if I can find it on the web, it'd be easier thanks to my work schedule. Any help is appreciated...

Chris

Life is good, welcome to the fellowship of Ford truck enthusiast!

Not sure if it will be helpful, there is a thread in the 61-66 forum 'slamming a 65'. authored by brandonwillis90, scrolling thru the threads will find pic's of the truck in progress of major refab. Have not browsed the 'project' forum yet it may be helpful. Suggest run a search and narrow the field to the 61-66 forum, seem to recall other members posting pic's of simular refab. projects. I have not taken opportunity to browse the 'projects' forum, may find the forum helpful. If any questions, imagine brandon would be willing to answer them either by FTE email, or posting in the thread.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...a-65-pics.html

Have 2 volumns, 'text' and 'illust' of a 3 vol. set of the Ford Motocraft truck parts Master Catalog, couple of pic's of the frame, but no measurements, and has reference #'s to what is likely the measurements, or spec's located in the missing, or 3rd. volumn. Sorry, Again welcome to FTE!!.

I know the project from over on the HAMB..Appreciate the info though...I do have MY truck still together( and a clean frame to dimension off of), problem is, the shop is tight right now, and I don't have the room to be fabbing a frame while the stocker is in there too.. I'm not using air as well. The search continues. thanks again

Its a Traditional Hot rod Forum....jalopyjournal.com...I'm into everything...custom trucks, cars, traditional hot rods, customs and lowriders, still have the 65 Comet I bought when I was 15...now it has a 14 to 1 compression 289 in it..I use to be a flat rate FORD tech, then I went to CNC machining..at 24, I went to Wyotech, then started building hot rods up at Rolling Bones in NY...I left to focus on other venues (and well, there was a girl too haha), so I'm back in CT doing production fab and cars and such on the side..Hoping to get my name back out there in the industry on my own...I also drag race (basically haven't in numerous years now) and race on Bonneville.

I scanned this illustration straight out of the 1964 F100 dealers' brochure. Not sure if it'll help with your '66 though...
