assuming you have a 7.3 first thing to do is check batteries
it can spin good and still not have enough voltage to start
while cranking battery voltage has maintain at least 10.5 volts
and ok more troubles up until the last time i tried it it started after a few hard turns now i go and try and it takes a long time all the power draws and kinda shuts off so i turn key off and the on and try two more time then one last time it starts up
and im going to look at everything tomorrow and see what needs to be done to it
so what all should i check any and everything
Yep, get a full load of juice on the batts and see if they hold. See what the ALT is putting out.
