There was a thread about that a while back, if I good remember that's under the dash. Hit search, and write keyless entry, or something like that. I'm sure you'll find it.

It's basically behind the radio on the fire wall. Some people say that you can see it if you take off the fuse panel cover and then look up to behind the radio. I pulled my radio out to see mine.

I took my truck to the local dealer service department. They hooked it up to their computer, pulled the code, after I failed to search it out on my own, in about 5 minutes. Didn't charge me either.

Here is the link to the thead with pics. My advise is be patient. Took me about 5 times to locate the box. It was buried behind some insulation. Hope this helps.
