I bought a 1994 F150 302 4x4 that has a 3" or 4" body lift kit on it. They raised the front bumper to match but left the rear bumper at the stock height. This leaves an ugly gap between the rear bumper and the bed. How do I fix this? Are there brackets to buy that will raise the rear bumper? If so, where do I get them?

Don't know about brackets... but lift lips sells a rubber lip to cover the space between the body and bumper. I've also seen alot of people cut a piece of diamond plate to fit.
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 24-May-02 AT 09:09 PM (EST)]i have a 3" body lift on my truck and we had to reline the bumpers
mark the new holes then drill them, we made our own brackets from steel.i was told they made them but im not sure who try searching for body lifts and when you find a seller of body lifts like performance body lifts e mail them and ask them if they sell them or who does.good luck and let me know how you make out!
performance makes gap hiders but a cheaper way is you can make the diamond plate cover or go to Home Depot and get a piece of that black flat landscape edging and cut it to fit the gap and remove the tailgate sheetmetal screw it near the edge of the bed and then reinstall the tailgate and the bottom lip of the tail gate will hide the sheet metal screws. Or just make a set of brackets to raise the bumper to the correct hieght. With the black landscape edging you may also cut them and screw them inside the rear tire fender well to hide the gaps there also
