I got the SCT with 3 custom tunes 87 economy 91 tow and 91 performance. Only see maybe a mile better in gas mileage. But on economy really not much more power. But on tow and performance I lowered the timing so I could run mid grade when gas was 4 dollars a gallon and it really woke my truck up. Since gas is 1.64 4 months later I have been running premium and let me tell you my truck really woke up. They say its only about 40 or so hp I believe but you can tell. Talk to Mike at 5startuning.com He helped me out alot and is great to work with. Thats what I would recomend though.
Edit: I have a 04 5.4 extended cab. Might get better gas mileage with stock tires. Taking the big ones off today to find out for the winter

Thanks a little to late went down a back road last night went sideways doing only 10 mph no joke and heading towards a mailbox wanted to go right but i would have smoked the mailbox so cut it left hit the gas did a doughnut missed it by less than a foot and went in the ditch and guys yard. The ditch was less than a foot deep so thats why I took the ditch route. Not use to the stock tires. Need more tread
