Coolant additive
I bought two pints of the DCA4 additive at the local stealership -- enough for a complete coolant flush they said. Thing is, the coolant looks good and I don't really want to flush it and replace it all. My problem is that I can't find any place that has the test strips to test the additive level so I'll know how much I need to add. The local International shop will sell me the strips for $50 but I was hoping to avoid that. Should I just dump it all in, or would that be harmful?
P.S. Okay, I just saw on the bottle that it says, "Do not overcharge." So is my only option to flush and refill?

Are you sure the IH dealer only sells the strips by the bottle? The IH dealer I used to get mine from also sold them in an plastic bag that had 3 strips. Fleetguard is owned by Cummins so a Cummins shop should have them. Have you tried any of the other big truck dealers or repair shops, they also usually sell fleetguard products.

Yeah, the shop here only sells the kit that goes for around $50. They are really just a service shop and not really geared for selling parts. They work on big trucks. There are some truck stops around so I will check them out. Thanks.
